SBDC Expands at Kettering!

Library Partner Expands @ Kettering University

 

GDL's Business Librarian and Head of Marketing were both in attendance yesterday as the I-69 Corridor Region of the Michigan Small Business Development Center celebrated their expansion. Having previously shared office space with 2 other organizations, this grand opening marked their first purpose-built space at Kettering University. Business Center Updates

Great new signage was installed in the Business Center late last month in time for our Business Resource Center certification on January 30th. 

We are very excited about this partnership with Michigan SBTDC. See below a snapshot of the day with Trevor Winn (Business Center Librarian), Carolyn Nash (GDL Executive Director), and Marsha Lyttle (Director of the SBTDC regional office at Kettering University).

Genesee District Library's Business Center has partnered with the Michigan SBTDC!

On Wednesday, January 30th at 2:30 PM, the Robert T. Bolo, Jr. Business Center will officially become a certified "Business Resource Center" for the Michigan chapter of the Small Business and Technology Development Center. Housed locally at Kettering University, and directed by Marsha Lyttle, MI-SBTDC has an excellent reputation of educating small businesses and investing in our community.
